quipe is a chat app for finding, booking, and paying businesses. It is operated by Puneeth, Dream Meadows, Bangalore, India (puniith@quipe.ai).
To run the service we collect your mobile number, login sessions, chat messages, business pages you create, bookings, reviews, and payment records. If you allow it, we also use location to find nearby businesses, and a push-notification token to send alerts.
We use this data to verify you, keep you signed in, show and save business information, take bookings, take payments, send OTPs and notifications, and keep the product working. We do not sell your personal data.
Hosting and data may pass through Cloudflare, our database and Redis providers, Prelude (SMS OTP), AI model providers used inside quipe, Cashfree and Dodo (payments), and New Relic (errors and usage). Google Ads may run on the website.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask to access, correct, or erase your personal data, or withdraw consent where the data is not required to run the account. Email the grievance officer below. We keep account, booking, and payment records as long as needed to provide quipe and meet tax or legal duties, then delete or anonymise them.

quipe is a conversation. You say what you want — find, book, pay, reserve, or register a business — and quipe acts inside its own tools. There is no separate dashboard. We do not guarantee that every real-world business is on quipe, or that generated answers are complete.
You are responsible for your phone number, your chats, and any business page you register. Business owners are responsible for hours, prices, availability, staff, and fulfilling bookings. quipe is not the merchant for a business’s goods or services.
In-chat Pay uses Cashfree (UPI and cards) in Indian rupees. Money for a booking or order is paid to the business, not kept by quipe as the seller. quipe plus is a 30-day unlock for unlimited confirmed bookings on one business page, charged in rupees through Dodo. See Refunds.
Do not use quipe for fraud, spam, illegal listings, or to impersonate someone else. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
If a payment is deducted but not confirmed, or charged twice, email puniith@quipe.ai with the phone number, amount, time, and any order or payment id. We will check Cashfree or Dodo and refund a confirmed error.
Pay in chat is for the business you are booking or paying. Cancellation of the booking or service is between you and that business. Ask in chat or contact the business. quipe can look up the payment record to help, but quipe is not the seller of that service.
quipe plus unlocks unlimited confirmed bookings on one business page for 30 days (₹8999, tax exclusive). If checkout fails, you are not charged. A completed plus payment is for that 30-day period and is not pro-rated if you stop using it, except where Indian law requires otherwise. Email us within 7 days of a plus charge you believe was a mistake.
